Sprinter vans will be picking guests up in Vail Village at 3:45-4pm and will return you whenever you’d like throughout the evening. The drive is about 30 minutes from Vail Village to the wedding venue.

Directions if you are driving: Please do not GPS the Camp Hale physical address, as it marks the location several miles to the south.

From Vail: Get on I-70 and head west

1. Take the Minturn/Leadville exit 171
2. At the bottom of the ramp turn right onto Highway 24. You will proceed about 15 miles and our driveway will be on the left just past mile marker 159 with a bricked and gated entry along with Nova Guides signage. Once you turn into the driveway, follow it down and come on in to the Lodge.

Welcome Party-Semi-formal attire

We ask that you wear semi-formal attire such as a cocktail dress or dressy separates for women and a suit and tie for men.

Wedding-Formal attire

We ask that men wear a suit and tie and women wear a nicer cocktail dress, full-length dress, or a nice pantsuit. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be in grass, so a thicker heeled shoe may be easier for walking.

We love your kiddos! However, we ask that you make arrangements for them during wedding events, as we are planning for those to be adults only. We hope this allows you to have a few parent’s nights out! You will see some cute ring bearers and flower girls running around though.
